Who we are
Roamingbits SRL operates this website and is the data controller for anything you send us through it.
What this site collects
Roamingbits is a static website. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics and embeds no third-party trackers — which is why you were not asked to accept anything. The contact form is the only thing that sends data anywhere, and only when you press Send. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, who keep standard server logs including IP addresses for security and troubleshooting, and who briefly hold the IP address a form submission came from in order to rate-limit abuse.
If you write to us
The contact form is delivered to our inbox by Resend (an email service); the message is not stored on this site. When you email us or use the form, we hold your address and your message for as long as it takes to answer you and keep a record of the conversation. We do not use it for marketing and we do not pass it to anyone else.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to the address above and we will answer within one month.
