A queue of AI ideas and no path to production.
Agentic AI, retrieval over internal documents and conversational assistants taken through compliance and medical review, into live use across R&D and commercial teams.
02 · E-commerce
Counterfeit listings spreading faster than anyone could take them down.
A detection platform watching marketplaces worldwide, taking counterfeit listings down faster than sellers could put them back up. We owned product across a 30-person distributed team.
03 · iGaming · millions of users
The platform could not grow past one machine. Every big match, the crowd arrived and the service went down with it.
Rebuilt on cloud infrastructure that scales itself — Kubernetes on AWS, sized to the crowd rather than to the quiet hours. Proven under load that matched the real peak, not a staging guess, and it has carried millions of users through live events since.
04 · Retail · 100+ countries
Supply chain and procurement running on a requirements process nobody trusted.
Rebuilt how work was specified and agreed across a platform running in over 100 countries. Teams stopped re-litigating scope mid-sprint, and releases started landing on a date people could plan around.
05 · E-commerce · peak trading
A high-traffic storefront failing under peak load, with as many theories about the cause as there were people in the room.
We found the actual cause — across backend services, the CMS and the data layer — rather than acting on the loudest theory, and shipped the fix with a rollback plan rather than optimism. It held through the next peak.
06 · Consumer
Growth had stalled, and the product was being blamed for a business-model problem.
We fixed the business model first and the product second, with a team of 15, over 18 months.
07 · Hospitality · from zero
Restaurant operations held together by spreadsheets and habit.
Designed, built and launched from nothing — the system 26 restaurant locations now run on, replacing the spreadsheets rather than putting a screen in front of them.
